Most people optimize one body and wonder why they still feel stuck.

Four Bodies Reset | One day | Up to twelve guests | West Denver Foothills | $1188

Most wellness approaches treat the body, the mind, or the spirit in isolation, and that fragmentation is precisely why so many people who are doing the work still feel like something is missing.

At Vespr, we work with the four bodies: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical. Each one is a distinct dimension of your being, and each one has its own intelligence, its own needs, and its own way of holding what hasn't been processed. When your Spiritual body is disconnected, even success feels hollow, because you've lost the thread back to your own purpose and meaning. When your Mental body is dysregulated, the mind loops, overanalyzes, and struggles to access the clarity that good decisions require. When your Emotional body is carrying unprocessed weight, it shows up as reactivity, numbness, or a persistent sense that something is off even when life looks fine on paper. And when your Physical body is out of rhythm, you feel it as tension, fatigue, and a nervous system that can't fully settle. Vespr’s Four Bodies Reset is designed to bring all four back into alignment and balance in a single, intentional day.

The Four Bodies Reset

FULL DAY | UP TO 12 GUESTS | $1188

Most people spend years tending to one body while the rest quietly falls out of rhythm. The Four Bodies Reset treats all four, spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, together, in a single day. The day opens in circle, a spiritual orientation with drumming and song, and an intention set before anything else begins. Morning moves you through heat and cold, the sauna lodge into outdoor cold immersion, paired with a Qigong, Tai Chi, or Yin practice. Afternoon turns to small group and private care: Spinal Flow® or Energy Work, Ballancer®Pro Lymphatic Drainage, the Ammortal Chamber, Kundalini or Vinyasa Yoga, a soothing sound bath, and the Alchemy Studio, where you'll craft your own tea and tincture by hand. The day closes the way it began, gathered in circle, now around fire.

Concierge

Some experiences are more powerful when they are shared with people who matter to you. The Vespr Concierge experience is designed for groups who want to move through something meaningful together, whether that is a leadership team navigating a moment of transition, a company investing in the presence and clarity of the people who drive it, or a circle of friends ready to do something that actually matters with their time together. Every concierge retreat begins with a complimentary conversation with Pamela and Dwayne to understand your group, your intention, and what you most need from the day. From there, everything is designed around you, the modalities, the practitioners, the flow, and the container.

what to expect

Inside the Reset

Opening Container

You arrive and are welcomed into circle. Before anything else, we slow down together. Our Medicine Wheel teaching opens the container, orienting you with a ritual of drumming and song connecting us to the heartbeat of Mother Earth. This rhythm carries our songs and prayers of unity and ancestral honor. Before breaking into small group practices, we'll meditate on an intention, a deliberate act of naming what you are ready to release and what you are calling forward. This opening is designed to do one thing: bring you fully into your body and into the present moment, because nothing that follows can land in a person who is still halfway somewhere else.

Morning Rituals

Mid-morning we move in two groups. One enters the sauna lodge, held by drumming and chanting, before stepping into cold immersion. The other moves through a Qigong, Tai Chi, or Yin practice. Afterwards, the groups switch, and each moves through what the other began. Across both, we invite you to touch a deeper sense of peace, purpose, and inner guidance, all while letting go of what's weighing you down. After the morning rituals, the day shifts into its most expansive territory. Guests will ground the experience in warmth, nourishment, and the particular kind of connection that only forms between people who have been through something real together.

Afternoon Practices

The afternoon divides again, each group moving through a different layer of the four bodies. One moves through private work: Ballancer®Pro Lymphatic Drainage, using compression therapy to support deep detoxification and immune function, touching what has become stagnant in the body at a cellular level, and the Ammortal Chamber, a new standard for performance, wellness, and human optimization combining the most scientifically validated therapies into a single, immersive reset. From there, in pairs, Energy Work or Spinal Flow® releases the stored tension and unprocessed charge the nervous system holds in the spine and connective tissue, because the body keeps score, and it needs its own language to let go. This phase closes in Sacred Pause, unstructured time given to earthing, journaling, and quiet, because everything the day has opened still needs somewhere to settle.

The other group moves together through Breathwork or Movement, and a sound healing ritual, a unique blending of sound bath and song that cleanses and resets the nervous system, reducing anxiety and stress while increasing cognitive function and mental resilience.

The body often knows what medicine it needs. The afternoon continues in the Alchemy Studio, a workshop inviting you to explore herbs through the lens of the Medicine Wheel's four bodies framework. You’ll create a personalized tea and tincture, taking a piece of Vespr home with you. The groups switch, and each moves through what the other began.

Closing Container

The circle closes the day with sharing, a fire ceremony, and nourishment, designed to allow a soft integration of everything the day has moved in you. Through sacred mantras, offerings of release, and stillness, we end by honoring newly balanced bodies that guide us on our journey.

Integration

The experience doesn't end when guests leave the land. A single day becomes an ongoing rhythm through VESPR's monthly virtual integration calls — a live space where guests return to reflect, ask questions, and carry the day's practices into everyday life. Individual guests become part of a lasting community. Guests also have full access to VESPR's pre-recorded meditations, songs, and integration tools.

The Circle

The people who come to Vespr are not beginners. They are entrepreneurs, executives, and deeply curious humans who have already done work on themselves, through therapy, personal development, spiritual practice, or all three, and who have arrived at the same quiet realization: that working on one body at a time has taken them as far as it can. They are self-aware, and they are ready for an experience that meets them at that level, one that is as intellectually rigorous as it is soulfully nourishing. If you are reading this and something in you is leaning in, you are probably exactly who this day was designed for.

Meet Your Healers

The people who hold space at Vespr have been chosen because they understand something that is increasingly rare in wellness, that true healing requires both precision and presence, and that the quality of attention a practitioner brings to a session is as transformative as the ritual itself. Each one works across the four bodies in their own way, and together they create a circle of care that is as intelligent as it is deeply human.

Notes from Our Last Circle

"To experience the offerings at Vespr is to experience authentic wellness and coming home to yourself in a luxurious way. Every detail of the variety of offerings has been carefully curated and is meticulously executed. The professionals at Vespr put you at ease immediately. I highly recommend Vespr."

— Jill, Attorney

"My time at Vespr was so much more than a typical wellness retreat—it is a total sanctuary! From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of peace and intention. Their unique approach using the Medicine Wheel really helped me reconnect with all 'four bodies'—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It’s the perfect blend of tradition and modern wellness. The founders, Pamela and Dwayne, have created such a supportive environment where you can truly slow down and listen to what your body needs. I loved how every activity felt intentional, from the guided rituals to the tech-assisted remedies. The ritual-based healing and expert-led sessions (like the breathwork and bodywork) were truly life-changing. I left feeling lighter but at the same time more grounded and equipped with actual tools to maintain this rhythm at home. If you are looking for a place to truly recalibrate and find your center, I can’t recommend the team at Vespr enough!"

— Angela, Executive

"Attending the full-day retreat with Vespr was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, creating a peaceful and welcoming space to slow down and reconnect. The retreat offered a beautiful balance of experiences that nurtured the mind, body, and spirit. Throughout the day I could feel everything coming into alignment, and by the end I felt more centered, relaxed, and energized. What stood out most was the genuine care and intention behind the entire experience. The facilitators were warm, knowledgeable, and created an environment where everyone felt comfortable and supported. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply grateful for the opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with myself. It was truly a fabulous day of well-being, and I would highly recommend Vespr to anyone looking for a meaningful experience that nurtures the whole person."

— Jill, Real Estate Broker

"My experience at Vespr was transformative to say the least. The environment the team there created was warm, welcoming, and calming from the moment I arrived. I did not know exactly what to expect and what the day and experiences would bring to the surface for me, but as I let myself uncover things, the team was there to support and guide me and really help me to lean in. The passion they each had for helping others dig deep and heal was so evident and I am forever thankful for my experience at Vespr and I will be back!"

— Megan, Working Mom

"I didn't feel the full impact of the retreat until weeks later, when I could look back and see how much had quietly shifted. Learning the four bodies framework changed how I move through every day. I now actively tend to each one, and it has improved almost every aspect of my life. The lymphatic drainage, infrared sauna, and barrel sauna were also a revelation in their own way, I hadn't realized until I was in them just how dysregulated my nervous system had become. But what surprised me most was what was released during my Spinal Flow session. I had been carrying a kind of anticipatory disappointment, high expectations of myself and others, and a persistent anxiety around the inevitable shortcomings of both. I didn't have language for it until it started to lift. The critical self-talk has reduced significantly since, and I've found a capacity for acceptance I didn't know I was missing."

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience with ceremony, meditation, or healing practices?

Not at all. The Four Bodies Reset is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Our practitioners will guide you through every part of the day, and there is no prior knowledge required. The only thing you need to bring is a willingness to receive.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable, layered clothing that allows you to move freely, a bathing suit for the sauna and cold plunge, a water bottle, and a journal if writing is part of how you process. Everything else is already here.

What is provided on the day?

Organic meditation cushions, and handcrafted mugs are prepared for you, along with herbal tea steeped with mountain plants and nourishment throughout the day. All materials and modality supplies are included, as is your post reset virtual integration call.

What can I expect to feel during and after The Reset?

Every experience is different, and we encourage you to release expectations about what the day should feel like. Some guests move through deep emotional release, others experience profound stillness, and many describe a quiet clarity that continues to deepen in the days and weeks that follow. What we can say with confidence is that something will shift and the integration call is there to help you make sense of it.

Can I attend if I have a physical limitation or injury?

Please reach out before booking so we can discuss your specific needs. Many of our modalities can be adapted, and some can be swapped for alternatives that better serve your body. We are here to support you, not push you, and we will never place you in a session that does not feel safe.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your spot and honor the time and preparation of our practitioners. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before your retreat date, the remaining balance will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable. If you are still weighing your decision and would like to talk it through first, we welcome that conversation.

Can I book for a group or bring a friend?

Yes, and we love when people come with their people. If you are attending with a friend, each guest registers individually. For groups of four or more, we recommend reaching out about our Concierge experience, which allows us to design the day specifically around your group's intention and dynamic.

How do I get there, and is transportation included?

Vespr is located in Littleton, Colorado, approximately one hour from Denver International Airport.  Transportation to and from the retreat is not included, and we recommend renting a car or arranging your own ride so you have flexibility on the day. If you are using GPS, we recommend downloading directions in advance as signal can be unreliable as you ascend toward the property.

Where should I stay?

Board is not included in The Reset, and while many guests choose to drive in for the day, Littleton and the greater Denver area offer a wonderful range of Airbnbs and accommodations for those traveling from further away. We are happy to share recommendations when you reach out.

How quickly do The Resets fill?

Each Reset holds twelve people, and spots tend to fill quickly once dates are announced. If something in you is leaning toward a particular date, we encourage you to trust that and reserve your spot sooner rather than later.

Your four bodies are ready.

Most people spend years optimizing one dimension of their health and wondering why the ceiling won't move. One intentional day at Vespr is designed to change that, not by adding more to your life, but by bringing everything already in you back into balance. The people who find Vespr tend to know immediately that this is what they have been looking for. If that is you, we hope to welcome you into the circle soon.
