1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Vespr website (vesprwellness.com), registering for a retreat, subscribing to our email or SMS communications, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
2. Description of Services
Vespr offers nature-rooted wellness retreats, digital wellness content, lead generation tools (including our wellness quiz), and email and SMS marketing communications. Our retreats are held in Morrison, Colorado and are designed around the Four Bodies framework: Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Physical.
All retreat offerings, dates, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. Retreat Bookings and Payments
3a. Registration
Retreat registration is complete upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from Vespr. Spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee your spot until payment has been received and confirmed.
3b. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. Vespr reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price in effect at the time of your confirmed registration will apply to your booking.
3c. Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Vespr does not store your payment card information.
3d. Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 30 or more days before your retreat date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before your retreat date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before your retreat date are non-refundable.
If Vespr cancels a retreat for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an available future date.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to vesprwellness@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
3e. Transfers
You may transfer your retreat registration to another available date one time at no charge, provided the request is made at least 15 days before your original retreat date. Subsequent transfers may be subject to a transfer fee.
4. Health, Safety, and Participation
4a. Health Disclosure
Our retreats include physically and emotionally activating modalities such as cold immersion, breathwork, somatic practices, and ceremonial experiences. By registering, you confirm that you are in good enough physical and mental health to participate. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications to Vespr prior to your retreat date.
Vespr is not a medical provider. Nothing in our retreat programming, communications, or online content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating in wellness activities, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition.
4b. Assumption of Risk
Participation in Vespr retreats involves inherent physical and emotional risks. By registering and attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional activation, or adverse reactions to any modality offered.
4c. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators, fellow guests, and the natural environment. Vespr reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the spirit of the retreat, without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Vespr website and in our communications, including text, images, graphics, the Four Bodies framework, retreat programming, quiz content, and brand materials, is the intellectual property of Vespr and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Vespr. Personal, non-commercial sharing with attribution is permitted.
6. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its related systems
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website
Submit false or misleading information through any of our forms
Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the website's functionality
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services, including Klaviyo (email and SMS marketing), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (analytics). These links are provided for convenience only. Vespr does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Email and SMS Communications
By submitting your email address or phone number through our website or quiz, and providing the relevant consent, you agree to receive marketing communications from Vespr via email and/or SMS. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by replying STOP to any SMS message.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vespr in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vespr and its founders, facilitators, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vespr regarding your use of our website and services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
