Healers we trust with our own bodies

the vespr circle

Every practitioner at Vespr is credentialed in the work they offer, and every one of them has worked on us before they ever worked on a guest. They also work as one circle rather than as separate appointments, which means whatever you want the next person to know is already known, without ever having to start over.

Pamela Siekman
Co-Founder, Mind Coach
Pamela Siekman is the co-founder of Vespr and a Mind Coach trained through Peter Crone's Mastermind program, where she studied his work on the architecture of the mind — the limiting beliefs and narratives rooted in negation we carry without consciously choosing them. She continues that study through his in-person, multi-day retreats and the ongoing integration calls of his Freedom community. At Vespr, she holds a circle for guests of The Reset, gently helping you recognize the constraints quietly running the show, so you can feel what's waiting for you on the other side — freedom.
Chase Iron Eyes
Vespr Keeper, Cancega, Inipi Lodge Teaching, Sacred Knowledge
Chase Iron Eyes is the Vespr Keeper, a citizen of the Lakota Sioux Nation (Oceti Sakowin), and spiritual anchor of the Four Bodies. He holds the philosophy at the center of Vespr, tends the ceremonial container, and helps ensure that every retreat carries the depth, reverence, and intentionality the framework was built to hold. As Keeper, Chase brings the Four Bodies into practice through ceremony, presence, and sacred knowledge, grounding the work in a deeper relationship to land, lineage, and ancestral wisdom. He also leads the Sauna Lodge & Cold Immersion ceremony, guiding guests through one of Vespr’s most elemental experiences.
April Hanley
Director of Guest Experience and Practitioner Operations, Spinal Flow ®, Energy Healer
April Hanley is Vespr’s Director of Guest Experience and Practitioner Operations, lead healer, and principal Spinal Flow® and energy practitioner. She oversees the quality, consistency, and coordination of Vespr’s healing team while tending to the guest experience throughout each retreat. April also helps ensure that the Four Bodies and Medicine Wheel framework is authentically embodied across every retreat, from practitioner preparation to the moment-to-moment flow of the day.
Frances Kelley
Herbalist, Ayurvedic Health Coach
Frances Kelley is an Herbalist and Certified Ayurvedic Health Coach devoted to the quiet medicine of plants. Her work bridges traditional Western herbalism and Ayurvedic wisdom, using herbs to support digestion, hormonal balance, and nervous system regulation while guiding you toward the simple lifestyle rhythms that help a body return to its natural equilibrium. At Vespr she works primarily as an herbalist, helping guests understand their individual constitution and blending the teas and tinctures that suit it, always with your medications and health history accounted for first.
Samantha Powers
Kundalini Yoga, Yin, Sound Healer
Samantha Powers, spiritually known as Ravi Devpreet Kaur, is a Level 2 Kundalini yoga teacher, certified sound healer, intuitive healer, and mother. Her work is rooted in helping people reconnect with their own light and power. At Vespr, she shares Kundalini, Yin, and Vinyasa with guests, and leads sound journeys woven from gongs, singing bowls, flutes, and her own melodic vocals. At Vesper, Samantha brings warmth, fire, and deep compassion to every space she holds, reminding guests they never have to walk their healing journey alone.
Jennifer Minton
Breathwork Facilitator
Jennifer Minton is a trained breathwork facilitator and entrepreneur. After nearly three decades in a high-performing corporate environment, she was drawn to breathwork through her own journey of learning to slow down and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Trained through Sky Bear's Breathwork Academy, Jennifer works with the breath as a bridge between the four bodies, quieting the mind, regulating the body, and creating space for what's already there. At Vespr, she brings experiences that invite greater presence, resilience, connection, and wholeness.
Beth Carlini Sawyer
Spinal Flow®
Beth Carlini Sawyer is a Spinal Flow® practitioner and radiologic technologist with 27 years of experience in the medical field. Her years in conventional healthcare, combined with a passion for supporting the body's natural capacity for healing, led her toward a more holistic approach to wellness. For nearly two years, Beth has practiced Spinal Flow®, valuing its gentle yet powerful ability to help people reconnect with their bodies and move toward greater ease and balance. At Vespr, she brings decades of healthcare experience, a compassionate presence, and a genuine belief in caring for the whole person.
Linz Shaw
Herbalist
Linz Shaw is an herbalist with a deep reverence for the natural world, holding space at Vespr for connection, reflection, and holistic wellness. Her work in hospice has deepened her understanding of compassionate companionship and the sacredness found within life's transitions. She carries that same presence into her work with guests, helping them understand their individual constitution and blending the teas and tinctures that suit it. At Vespr, she brings intention and an open heart to the whole-self work of herbal healing.
Erin Pribble
Herbalist, Registered Nurse
Erin Pribble is a Registered Nurse and herbalist who brings a deeply compassionate, whole-person approach to caring for others. Her years supporting people through their journey to optimal health taught her to honor each individual's unique needs — a foundation she now blends with a growing devotion to plant medicine and traditional healing practices. She believes healing begins when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and listen to what the Four Bodies are asking for. At Vespr, she holds space for others as they return to a deeper sense of connection, balance, and vitality.

Four bodies, four directions, one day

Most people assemble this kind of care one appointment at a time, body work in one place, a ceremony in another, months between them and no one holding the thread. Your four bodies do not work that way, and neither does Vespr. Every practice was chosen for a measurable effect on one body and for the way that effect travels into the other three. A session that settles your nervous system is also releasing what your body has been holding and returning energy you stopped expecting. The reset lays out the full day.
